Your room is available for you from 2 PM. You are welcome to check in from 8 AM, and we will issue you the guest pass/Genuss Card and your package contents so that you can fully enjoy the first day of your vacation. If you arrive after 5 PM, we kindly ask you to call us, as otherwise, we may possibly allocate your room.

Sunday and public holiday arrival: During lunchtime from 11 AM to 2 PM, check-in is only possible to a limited extent.

Wednesday day off: Arrival is welcome until 11 AM, afterwards please by arrangement with the key box, please let us know your approximate arrival time.

DEPARTURE
Please vacate the room by 10:30 AM at the latest on the day of departure.
If departing before 8 AM, we kindly ask you to settle the room bill on the day before.

Sunday and public holiday departure: as many arrivals and departures occur on these days, you are welcome to check out the evening before.

On this day, our restaurant remains closed, you will receive a full refund for half board and can explore our region's culinary offerings.

The cleaning is carried out between 8-12 o'clock. If you wish to stay in the room after breakfast, we ask you to let us know so that we can clean the room while you have breakfast.
